We made it friends!!! Goodbye 2020, HELLO 2021! Very excited to be walking into this new year and, although 2020 was a bit rough, there were still lots of positives. Chris and I both grew in our careers, did lots of home projects, were able to spend more time together, and invested in our beach townhouse on 30-A. (for more info on our townhouse click HERE)
Before officially leaving 2020 in the past, I wanted to round up my top purchases from this last year. Will list my top 10 below along with the top ten items that were purchased through my blog this past year as well!

Our Beach Townhouse in Santa Rosa Beach, FL (30-A)
Definitely our most expensive purchase of 2020, but our favorite one! We had been saving up for a few years and wanted to purchase a vacation rental as an investment property. We fell in love with the 30-A area of the Florida Panhandle and are so glad we were able to find our perfect little piece of paradise down there. Brumate Skinny Can Cooler
Use this thing ALL THE TIME! They come in so many cute prints and keep your drink ice cold even on the hottest summer days in direct sunlight. I got a personalized one from The White Invite and love it!
Ulta Baked Sculpt & Glow 3-in-1 Palette
Since I now work from home I keep my makeup routine pretty simple during the week, and this palette has been a life saver! I swirl my brush around to catch all 3 colors and it gives me the most beautiful, natural glow. And I love that it’s basically 3 steps in 1!
Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter
Another product that has made doing my makeup quick and easy! I put this on after my primer in lieu of foundation and it gives my skin a gorgeous dewy, natural glow. I then set it with a tiny bit of powder foundation.
Spanx Quilted Faux Leather Leggings
By far my favorite faux leather leggings I own! The quilted detail makes them a lot more comfortable in my opinion and warmer for fall and winter.
Babe Lash Essential Serum & Enhancing Conditioner
My lashes have NEVER looked this good! These serums are 100% worth the money and I’m so glad I started using them this year.
Glamourous Wash Laundry Detergent
The best smelling detergent you’ll ever purchase! I only use a little bit and mix it in with my All Free & Clear detergent and my laundry smells AMAZING!! A lot of people use the scent Diva but I prefer High Maintenance (a little less girly and Chris loves it!) It is pricey, but like I said you only need a little bit and it comes in a ton of different scents.
Sam Edelman Beige Snakeskin Print Booties
By far my most worn booties this fall and winter, and probably my favorite ones I’ve ever purchased! Currently only available in a few sizes on Amazon, but I linked some similar ones that are available in all sizes.
Abercrombie Cloud Joggers
Wear these joggers at least 3 times a week! SO comfy and I love the ruffle waist.
Down-Alternative Mattress Pad
One of my last purchases of the year but it makes the list because it is THAT good!! We’ve been using it for about a week now and have never slept better. Chris usually tosses and turns all night and I’ve barely heard him move since we put this on the bed. It goes on sale all the time so definitely wait to catch that!
