I will be the first to admit, I NEVER used to be a hat person. Last year when I started following more bloggers I loved how they would accessorize with cute hats. It could totally change the way an outfit looked! The two hats I saw most often, which were my favorites as well, were felt wide-brim and baker boy hats. These were the first two hats I purchased to try-out the fashion hat trend, and i ended up loving them!
Like I said before, a hat can totally change the way an outfit looks. For example, you can throw on jeans and a white tee, a pretty typical weekend look, and immediately dress it up by throwing on a brown wide-brim hat. Hats are also great for hiding dirty hair which, not gonna lie, I do ALL the time! It’s my roots that end up looking bad and the bottom part of my hair still looks good, so.. fix = throw on a hat 🙂
Here’s the thing, though.. a lot of cute fashion hats end up being really expensive which is why I had never purchased them in the past. But, after doing some serious online searching, I’ve found some really pretty affordable options! You definitely don’t have to break the bank to add some cute hats to your wardrobe!
