There’s one thing that makes me happier than anything else in the world: The Beach. Nothing beats the sun, sand, and ocean! Unless you’re lucky enough to live on the beach, one way the rest of us can bring a little bit of the beach home is Coastal Decor. I recently made a trip to Old Time Pottery for some beach home decor and was blown away by the huge selection!
My husband and I purchased a vacation rental beach house on 30-A in Santa Rosa Beach, FL and have loved being able to decorate it! Coastal decor is so happy and vibrant. One thing I have noticed, though, is it is easy for beach decor to look a little ‘gimmicky’ so you need to purchase it from the right place. I always head to Old Time Pottery for my coastal decor because 1) their selection is huge and 2) all of it is beautiful and unique!

My most recent trip to OTP involved hunting down some pieces for our entryway table. I definitely put extra though & care into this one since the table is the first thing you see when you enter the beach house. I wanted it to feel happy, inviting, and (of course) very beachy!
I knew I for sure wanted a few things on the table:
- A ‘Welcome to the Beach’ sign
- A little lighthouse
- A pretty canvas to go above the table
I ended up finding so many cute items it was hard for me to narrow it down so the table wouldn’t look overcrowded! But I’m so happy with the pieces I chose and how it turned out.
